I like the deep Red effect of this lipstick but soon after applying it I can feel that it gets really dry on my lips and my skin onmy lips starts to peel. I then always use a gloss over on under this lipstick..its too dry

    I would say this is a more true red, although MAC calls this an intense blue-red.  
     
    This is the one that I like switching out with Glam when I want something a little less pinky/fuschia, but more RED.  
     
    I don't like messing with this one as much, but I do like glossing it up for an extra glam look.  
     
    It's matte, so it's going to be a little bit drying to the lips. 

    Pros: Long wearing, bright fun color.
    Cons: Like Glam, not an everyday color.
